If you like the look of big and bold veins running wild and ramping down your arms when you’re just chilling, you’ll probably love this article, because today you’re gonna find three fundamental things that will make your veins to show.

  1. Reduce body fat

Veins are like abs, everybody’s got them, but showing them? That’s a different story.

You need to drop some fat in order to get your veins closer to the skin, that means you have to put yourself into a slight deficit.

Think of it like this:

  • You’ve got skin.
  • Underneath your skin, you have a layer of fat.
  • Under that, you have veins.
  • And underneath, you have muscle.

So in order to get veins closer to the skin, not just that you have to increase your muscle size, but first you have to drop that fat layer in between.

2. Have an optimal balance between volume and intensity of training

This thing goes hand in hand with the first one, because when you’re in a calorie deficit, your body will tend to destroy muscle tissue rather then lose fat.

You don’t want it! You want to build muscle, to push your veins closer to the skin! But in order to do that, you need to force them to build muscle while losing fat or in case of intermediates and advanced, to keep muscle tissue, as much as possible.

3. Supplements

The amino acid that is responsible to increase vascularity is called Arginine.

Arginine is a non essential amino acid that boost nitric oxide level during workout and increase energy. Nitric oxide relaxes and widens blood vessels, which means more blood can flow through it and that means more oxygen, more nutrients, more fluid, resulting into a bigger and more visible vascularity.

I started my fitness career in the begining of 2019. ”Johnny” is my real name adapted in english, and ”Rhino” is my nickname. My mission is to erase all the old myths about nutrition and fitness like: 6 meals/day, tons of cardio for fat loss, type of foods(healthy food/bad food), etc. I entered into the fitness industry because I wanted to lose fat and ”specialists” arround me couldn’t help me. I don’t mean they don’t even try, but all the things that I learned from them was ”Broscience” and it didn’t work very well for me. So I started my fitness journey alone and I learned as much as I could in order to lose fat and reveal my muscle and also anytime I got some news imediatly I helped all the gymbros in my gym. Now I want to help as many people as I can, to reveal their physique potential . Everyday I’m searching for new studies to complete my information in order to improve the results of my clients and mine of course. ”No citzen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. What a disgrace it is for a human to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” -Socrates
