We all know that, calorie deficit is the key to fat loss. There’s no superior diet.

Also I want to share with you a tool that promotes losing fat. This ”diet trick” is used by a lot of Hollywood actors and actress like: Jennifer Lopez, Hugh Jackman, Beyoncé, Ben Affleck, Terry Crews, Nicole Kidman, and the list goes on.

This tool is called ”Intermittent Fasting” and is used by so many celebrities because ”it works”.

So, what is intermittent fasting and how we can do it?

Intermittent fasting simply consist into skipping breakfast 4-8h after wake up. In this period, you can only drink: water, coffee(without milk or any sugars. But you can choose an artificial sweetener if you want to), black tea, green tea and diet sodas, preferably sweetened with aspartame and make sure you don’t attain 5kcal intake. Because after this threshold your insulin level starts to increase and your fasting window will be broke.

Beside, this fasting period have a lot of benefits for the body. For example, ketosis, cellular autophagy and neurogenesis. More than that it prevents Alzheimer and Parkinson disease.

Wolverine here was also among the first to be all about this life. He, too, does a 16-hour period of fasting, followed by eight hours where he’ll eat.

Short term fasting actually has the appetite suppressing effect. Probably is the opposite of what you think…  By skipping breakfast, you can take the advantage of not feeling hungry during the morning hours. In addition to that, you save all your calories for the second part of the day, which means you can enjoy big and satisfy meals in the evening or night.

However it doesn’t mean that you can eat junk foods all day long, especially when you’re cutting.

Now even if you choose to bulk or cut, it will be harder for you to overeat because it will improve hunger control, you will have a short eating window and also it will eliminate the need for cheat-meals.

Based on what have been said, we can totally attest that intermittent fasting is the best tool for fat loss. But also, it do their job very well into to the bulking season.
